MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 14, 1999 <br />It was the consensus of the Council to lower the interest rate for the <br />Schoo( District based on the rate levied for the last improvement project as <br />recommended by the City Administrator. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 99-1-7 - REDUCING THE INTEREST RATE <br />FOR THE TRI-DISTRICT SCHOOL UTILITY CONNECTION <br />CHARGE FROM 7 PERCENT TO 6. S PERCENT 73ASED ON THE <br />RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY ADMINI.STRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Morelan, Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DELONAIS The City Administrator reported that the City has six months from the date <br />OPTION of termination of occupancy to exercise the option agreement on the <br />AGREEMENT Delonais property. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTIONNO. 99-1-8 - INSTRUCTLNG THE CITYATTORNEY <br />AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO PROCEED WITH EXERCISING <br />THE DELONAIS OPTIONAGREEMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaVatle, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARKS & Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RECREATION <br />COMMISSION RESOI.UTIONNO. 99-1-9 - APPOINTING DAVID GRAY TO THE <br />APPOINTMENT PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION FOR A TERM TO EXPIRE <br />ON DECEMI3ER 31, 2000 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
