MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 19, 1999 <br />LaValle made a motion to continue the public hearing on this <br />improvement and instruct staffto preparethe necessary feasibility report <br />incorporating the additional improvement to LaBore Road. It was pointed <br />out that this resolution was out of order given that the public hearin~ has <br />already been closed. <br />The Council discussed the actions which were needed to move forward <br />with the curb and gutter project as was proposed this evening, but to add <br />the possibility of additional road and drainage improvement. The City <br />Administrator suggested that the most prudent way to do so would be to <br />amend the feasibility report for the curb and gutter improvement to add the <br />other improvements. Upon receipt of that amendment, the Council could <br />then decide whether or not to call an improvement hearing for the <br />additional improvements. <br />The City Attorney reported that it will be necessary for Council Member <br />LaValle to make a motion to reconsider the previous resolution if that is <br />what the Council desires to do. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.
