MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JANUARY 19, 1999
LaValle indicated that he was not comfortable acting on the improvement
without the information on the other issues which have been raised.
The City Administrator suggested that the assessment issues relative to the
curb and gutter could be discussed by the Council at a workshop meeting.
LaValle made a motion to continue the public hearin~ on the improvement
of LaBore Road and McMenemy Street pending the receipt of an amended
feasibility report from the City Engineer. The motion died for lack of a
second.
Pedersen su~gested that the improvement could be ordered as proposed at
this time, and once the amended feasibility report is completed, the
Council could review it and add other improvements as it deems
appropriate.
There was no one else from the general public present wishing to address
the Council on this matter.
Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Pedersen, the public hearing was
closed.
