MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNE50TA <br />FEBRUARY 10, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10°i day <br />ofFebruary, 1999 in the Council Chambers ofthe City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meetin~ to order at 6:30 P.M. <br />and the following members of the City Council were present at roll <br />call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. George Borer <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Brian Behm <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESO UTION NO. 99-2-32 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JANUARY 19, 1999 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />AND THE JANUARY 27, 1999 REGULAR COUNClI. <br />MEETING AS SUI3MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONCEPT Mayor Fahey indicated that given the fact that the concept for <br />REVIEW OF development of a tire store as well as retail space on the property <br />TIRE STORE located south of Gas-N-Go on Rice Street would assemble and <br />DEVELOPMENT redevelopment several lots, the Council is willing to reconsider this <br />proposal. Fahey indicated that in order to move forward with this <br />concept, he would like to be assured that the retail space in the <br />
