MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LTTTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 10, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due cali and notice thereof a special meeting of the <br />City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10'~' day <br />ofFebruary, 1999 in the Council Chambers ofthe City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Kathy Glanzer <br />IMPROVEMENT Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider improvement <br />HEARING - of County Road B-2lying between Ed~erton Street and Arcade <br />COUNTY Street by concrete curb and gutter, shoulder widening, and <br />ROAD B-2 drainage improvements with said work to be done in conjunction <br />with cold-in-place recycling of the road surface by Ramsey County <br />Public Works. <br />The City Engineer reported that County Road B-2 has been turned <br />back from the County to the City. As part of the tum-back, the <br />County is planning a cold-in-place recycle of the roadway. Along <br />with these improvements, Ramsey/Washington Metro Watershed <br />District will make several drainage improvements. The Engineer <br />noted that the nature of these improvements have been discussed at <br />two neighborhood meetings. <br />The Engineer indicated that the City is proposing to install <br />concrete curb and ~utter along the improved roadway at an <br />estimated cost of $72,000. Based on the City's assessment policy, <br />85% of the curb and gutter costs would be assessed to benefited <br />
