MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 24, 1999 <br />Pedersen felt the letter should point out that the City is not retracting its <br />policy relative to curb and gutter. The Administrator noted that concrete <br />curb and ~utter is required as part of a reconstruction project. To not <br />install it on a recycle project is not a deviation from the policy. <br />GUERIN The City Attorney requested that the closed session following this <br />PROPERTY meeting inctude discussion of an offer by the Guerin family to settle the <br />issue of purchase price for their property at Rice Street and Little Canada <br />Road. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTION NO. 99-2-46 -ALI,OWING DISCUSSION OF THE <br />GUERIN PROPERTY EMINENT DOMAIN MATTER AT THE <br />CLOSED SESSION FOLLOWINC THI,S MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED At this point in the meeting, 8:00 P.M., Council recessed into closed <br />SESSION session. Council reconvened its regular meeting at 8:30 P.M. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 99-2-47 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0).
