MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MARCH 10, 1999 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10`" day of March, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the fo(lowing members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COiJNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder Code Enforcement Ms. Elizabeth Mursko Cable TV Producer Mr. Brian Behm Associate Producer Mr. Chad Schroeder Deputy Clerk Mrs . Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resol ution and moved its adoption: RESOI,UTIONNO. 99-3-SI -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FE73RUARY 24, 1999 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE FEI3RUARY24, 1999 REGUI,AR COUNCIL MEETINC, AND THE FEI3RUARY24, 1999 CI,O.SED COUNCIL MEETINGAS SU73MITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. FRATTALONE Mr. Frank Frattalone appeared before the Council and reported that RECYCLING a meeting was held with the property owners in the Ryan Industrial OPERATION Park area regardin~ the Fra-Dor recycling operation. The main concerns that were identified at that meeting had to do with dust control, the use of the west gate, and the duration of time foc continuation of the recycling business. Frattalone then reviewed his February 17`h memo that addressed these three concerns.
