MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 10, 1999 <br />The City Attorney reported that Frattalone's attorney is indicating that the <br />use may be grandfathered in. The Attorney indicated that he has asked for <br />this position in writing. <br />Fahey pointed out that this position on the part of Frattalone may result in <br />the denial of the interim use, and Fahey pointed out that the Council <br />supports the City Attorney's efforts to clarify the City's position with <br />regard to the recycling use. <br />ECONOMIC The City Administrator reported that the memo relative to economic <br />DEVELOP- development efforts in the Rice Street/Little Canada Road area is for <br />MENT information at this time. The Council has a workshop scheduled for April <br />14'~' at 6 P.M. at which time the Rice Street/Little Canada Road <br />redevelopment area as well as the Country Drive redevelopment area will <br />be discussed. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION NO. 99-3-57 - ADJOURNING INTO CLOSED <br />.SESSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays(0).
