MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 27, 1999 REGDLAR COUNClI. MEETINC AS REQUESTED 73Y THE CITY ATTORNEY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. Ayes (4) Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ARCHI- The City Planner reviewed his recommendation for amendments to the TECTURAL City's Architectural Review Guidelines. The first relates to the REVIEW threshold used to determine whether a project requires architectural GUIDELINES review. The revision involves utilizing the building portion of the Estimated Market Value rather than the total Estimated Market Value to determine the point that architectural review is required. This is consistent with the use of the Estimated Market Value in building code applications for non-conforming uses. The Planner reported that the second change involves modifying the submission date for architectural review applications to reflect the same dates used for development applications. MSA ROAD The City Administrator presented revised MSA road desi~nations which DESIGNATIONS are a result of the turnbacks of roads from the County as well as the City's efforts to maximize available MSA mileage. The Administrator pointed out that the City has the ability to change these designations from year to year.
