The first relates to the
REVIEW threshold used to determine whether a project requires architectural
GUIDELINES review. The revision involves utilizing the building portion of the
Estimated Market Value rather than the total Estimated Market Value to
determine the point that architectural review is required. This is consistent
with the use of the Estimated Market Value in building code applications
for non-conforming uses.
The Planner reported that the second change involves modifying the
submission date for architectural review applications to reflect the same
dates used for development applications.
Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOI.UTION NO. 99-4-100 -APPROVING THE AMENDMENT.S
TO THEARCFIITECTURAI.
