MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 2~, 1999 <br />There was no one from the ~eneral public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan asked if the CUP could be conditioned upon Mr. Carle's <br />addressing existin~ code violations.
