MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 2~, 1999 There was no one from the ~eneral public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed. Morelan asked if the CUP could be conditioned upon Mr. Carle's addressing existin~ code violations. The City Attorney replied that it could. The City Administrator noted that the Planning Commission recommended that the Council set a deadline for compliance with outstanding code issues should the Council approve the CUP request. Mr. Carle requested that he be given between 45 and 60 days to pave the employee parking area and drive areas given that he is currently getting into his busy season.
