MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 2~, 1999 <br />There was no one from the ~eneral public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan asked if the CUP could be conditioned upon Mr. Carle's <br />addressing existin~ code violations. The City Attorney replied that it <br />could. <br />The City Administrator noted that the Planning Commission <br />recommended that the Council set a deadline for compliance with <br />outstanding code issues should the Council approve the CUP request. <br />Mr. Carle requested that he be given between 45 and 60 days to pave the <br />employee parking area and drive areas given that he is currently getting <br />into his busy season. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTIONNO. 99-4-89-DENYINGTHECONDITIONAL DSE <br />PERMIT FOR A PUD PERMIT TO ALLOW OPEN AND OUTDOOR <br />STORAGE OF TOWED A UTOM073ILES A.S AN ADDITIONAI, <br />PRINCIPLE U.S'E AT 3103 COUNTRY DRIVE AS REQUESTBD BY <br />MR. .IERRY CARLE, WHII.E APPROVINCi A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR A PUD PERMIT TO ALLOW THE STOR,4GE OF UP <br />TO FOUR TOW TRUCKS ON THE PROPERTY AS WE7,I.
