MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 11, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11°i day of May, <br />1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were pre sent at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael L Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. 7im LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Public Works Director Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Zonin~ Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs . Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI. UTION NO. 99-5-108 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRII. 27, 1999 REC, ULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MINUTES OF THE APRII. 27, 1999 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING <br />AS SU73MITTEI) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DEBT LEVY Mayor Fahey requested that the workshop with the Debt Levy Reduction <br />REDUCTION Committee be rescheduled from June 8°i to June 22"d due to a conflict in <br />COMMITTE~ his schedule. LaValle indicated that he would have to check his <br />WORKSHOP availability for that date. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
