Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTIONNO. 99-5-II0-APPROVING THE CON.SENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOI.I.OWING: <br />*RENEWAL OF TFIE 1999 FIRE DEPARTMENT CONTIZACT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THEMAYORAND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON 73EHA7 F OF THE CITY; <br />*EXTENDING THE REZONING, CUP, AND VARIANCE <br />APPRO vAL FOR THE MCMII.LAN COFFEE SHOP TO I3E <br />I.OCA7ED AT 89 WEST COUNTY ROAD C FOR A PERIOD OF ONE <br />YEAR; <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Attorney repoi~ted that he is still in the process of researching the <br />law relative to the Schnitzer Group claim, and will report at a future <br />Council meeting. <br />CUP & FILL Mr. Dick Cossack, Gordies, appeared before the Council relative to his <br />PERMIT - request for a fill permit and relocation of a boot hockey rink to the north <br />GORDIES side of his existing volleyball rink. Cossack reported that he would be <br />willin~ to plant shrubs on the west side of the rink in order to screen the <br />rink from the adjacent condominium complex. It was pointed out that the <br />boot hockey rink would only be used 5 to 6 weeks each season during the <br />months of January and February. <br />
