MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 25, 1999 <br />LINN The City Administrator reported that he has not received the appraisal <br />DEVELOPMENT of the property involved in the Linn development proposal. <br />PROPOSAL <br />ECONOMIC The City Administrator reported that there is nothing new to report at this <br />DEVELOPMENT time with regard to economic development in the Rice Street/Little <br />Canada Road area or in the Country Drive area. <br />NO PARKING - The City Administrator reported that there is currently a problem with <br />GUERIN/BUDGET vehicles being parked and advertised for sale on the Guerin/Budget <br />POWER Power properties. There is currently nothing in the Code prohibiting this <br />PROPERTIES activity on Public property. Therefore, in order to resolve the problem, <br />staff is recommending that signs be posted prohibiting parkin~ between <br />the hours of 6 A.M. to 4 P.M. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI.
