MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 22, 1999 Ayes (4) Fahey, Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. GOODYEAR The City Administrator reported that as part of the Goodyear development DEVELOPMENT project, he has met with Perry Linn and R. J. Marco Construction and PLAN outlined provisions for a development agreement. It is hoped that the development a~;reement will be finalized soon. The Administrator reported that the developers will be responsible for the first $345,000 of land acquisition costs. Costs beyond that are proposed to be reimbursed by a TIF note on a"pay as you go" basis. The Administrator reported that he and Rusty Fifield are recommending that the Rice Street/Little Canada Road TIF Redevelopment District (3-2) be amended to include this property. Fifield has submitted a memo dated 7une 18, 1999 outlining the details of that proposal.
