Resolution dedared adopted. <br />PRELIMINARY Fahey reported that David Ficek, DaVern Construction, has requested <br />PLAT - that action on the Country Office Park Preliminary Plat be tabled until <br />DaV~RN the July 28°i Council meeting. <br />CONSTRUCT[ON <br />Mr. LaValle introduced Yhe following resolution and moved it adoption: <br />RF,b'OI,DTION NO. 99-7-179 - TAB!_INGACTION ON THE <br />COUNTRY OFFICE P~1 RK PREI,IMINARY PI,AT UNTII, THE JUI,Y <br />28, 1999 REGULAR COUNCII. MEETING AS REQUEb'TED I3Y <br />DA vID FLCEK, DrtVERN CONSTR(ICTION <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LEGISLATIVE Mindy Greiling, State Legislator, appeared before the Council to provide <br />UPDATE an update on the 1999 Legislltive Session. Greilin~ discussed with the <br />Council local government aids as well as levy limits. She urged the <br />Council to contact her if there were any issues of concern they had or any <br />assistance they needed. <br />MITCHELL Fahey noted that the Council has nothing before it relative to the <br />TRAIL develop~rient of the Mitchell property or the improvement of Mitchell <br />CONCERNS Trail. Fahey noted that the applicant that was discussing the concept of <br />developing the Mitchell property is no longer interested in pursuing that <br />development. Elowever, there may be some interest on the part of the <br />realtor for the property in pursuing its tleveiopment. At this time, <br />however, there is no development }~roposal pending. <br />13 <br />
