MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 14, 1999 <br />Fahey acknowledged receipt of a letter from members of the Klidzejs <br />family relative to the development ofMitchell Trail, and asked if there <br />were any additional comments they wanted to make at this time. <br />Gunar Bruvelis reviewed his family's (etter to the Council that states their <br />opposition to the development of Mitchell Trail. Bruvelis outlined the <br />reasons for their opposition. He also noted that the storm sewer system at <br />the end of Twin Lake Trail currently discharges directly into Twin Lake. <br />The City Administrator indicated that staff would check out the storm <br />sewer discharge system. <br />Fahey thanked Bruvelis for is comments and reported that the Klidzejs <br />family would be informed of any proposals for the development of the <br />Mitchell property. <br />CONSENT Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOI.
