MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 14, 1999 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 99-7-168 - TAI37,ING ACTION ON THE <br />CONDLTIONAI, USE PERMIT APPI.ICATION FOR OPEN AND <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE A.S' AN ACCESSORY USE FOR 3104 <br />EDCERTONb'TREETA.SREQUESTEDI3YMR. X013ERTI3UETOW <br />UNTII, TFIE JUI,Y 2N, I999 REGUI,AR COUNClI. MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - Mayor Fahey reported that the Planning Commission has tabled action <br />208 RYAN on the CUP for open and outdoor storage of t~ucks and equipment as an <br />LANE - accessoiy use and the Variance from boulevard landscape requirements <br />METRO as requested by Russ Fischer, Metro Cleaning Service, 208 Ryan Lane, <br />CLEANING pending infbrmation from the applicant on soil conditions on the south <br />side of the building. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI, UTION NO. 99-7-769 - TA137,ING ACTION ON THE CUP <br />AND VARIANCE FOR METRO CI.EANING SERV7CE, 208 RYAN <br />I.ANE, PENDINC A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PI.ANNING <br />COMMISS70N <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (Oj. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application by <br />190 RYAN Paul Behr, St. Paul Utilities, for open and outdoor storage of trucks, <br />LAN~ - equipment, and materials as an accessory use. Fahey noted that the <br />ST. PAUL Planning Commission recommended approval of the CIJP contingent <br />UTILITIES upon compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator <br /> as outlined in her report dated June 28, 1999. <br />Paul Behr reported that he is in agreement with the recommendations of <br />the Zoning Administrator. <br />There was no one from the public present wishin~ to comment on this <br />matter. <br />
