X013ERTI3UETOW UNTII, TFIE JUI,Y 2N, I999 REGUI,AR COUNClI. MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP - Mayor Fahey reported that the Planning Commission has tabled action 208 RYAN on the CUP for open and outdoor storage of t~ucks and equipment as an LANE - accessoiy use and the Variance from boulevard landscape requirements METRO as requested by Russ Fischer, Metro Cleaning Service, 208 Ryan Lane, CLEANING pending infbrmation from the applicant on soil conditions on the south side of the building. Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: RE.SOI, UTION NO. 99-7-769 - TA137,ING ACTION ON THE CUP AND VARIANCE FOR METRO CI.EANING SERV7CE, 208 RYAN I.ANE, PENDINC A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PI.ANNING COMMISS70N The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (Oj. Resolution declared adopted. CUP - Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application by 190 RYAN Paul Behr, St. Paul Utilities, for open and outdoor storage of trucks, LAN~ - equipment, and materials as an accessory use. Fahey noted that the ST. PAUL Planning Commission recommended approval of the CIJP contingent UTILITIES upon compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator as outlined in her report dated June 28, 1999. Paul Behr reported that he is in agreement with the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator. There was no one from the public present wishin~ to comment on this matter.
