MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 14, 1999 <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan asked if an updated site plan had been submitted for this <br />property. The Zoning Administrator replied that she was in receipt of an <br />updated site plan. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION NO. 99-7-170 -APPRO-~7NG THE CONDITIONAL <br />U.SE PERMIT FOR OPENAND OUTDOOR STORAGE OF TRUCKS, <br />EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIAI,S AS AN ACCESSORY USE FOR 190 <br />RYANI.ANE, b'T. PAUI. UTII,ITIES, SUI3.IECT TO COMPIIANCE <br />WITFI THE RECOMMENDATION.S OF TFIE ZONINC <br />AI)MINI.STRATOR AS' OUTI,INED IN FIER REPORT DATED JUNE <br />28, 1999 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0), Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the Conditional Use <br />3171 SPRUCE Permit for open and outdoor storage of truck, construction equipment, and <br />STREET - material as well as one semi-trailer as an accessory use at 3171 Spruce <br />D.N.R. Street for DN.R. Const~uction. It was noted that the Planning <br />CONSTRUCTION Commission recommended approval subject to compliance with the <br />recommendation of the Zonin~ Administrator as outlined in her report <br />dated June 28, 1999. <br />There was no one fiom the public present wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Scalze, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Scalze noted the semi-trailer cannot be used a permanent storage and must <br />be removed fi•om the property. <br />Morelan asked if an updated site plan had been received. The Zoning <br />Administrator replied that one had not. Dan Neujahr, DN.R. <br />Construction, reported that he would be submitting a revised site plan, <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
