If so, that would be done subject to the
appropriate fees being paid by the Lesnick's or Mr. Reeves. At that time
Mr. Reeves indicated that one way or the other the fees would be paid.
The Administrator indicated that he informed Mr. Reeves we would let
him know by Friday noon if we could accommodate the publication. That
notification was made by the Zoning Administrator. Mr. Reeves told her
someone would be in by the end of the day to take care of the fee. As a
result, the hearing notice for the Lesnick property was published and
mailed. Mr. Lesnick then called the City when he received the heazing
notice for his property and indicated that he was not aware of the issue.
The Administrator pointed out that at the Planning Commission meeting
Mr. Reeves indicated that he had discussed the matter with the Lesnick's.
The Zoning Administrator reported that on Friday morning she had
contacted Mr. Reeves and informed him that the City could move forward
with the Lesnick variance request but would have to get a hearing notice
to the City's legal newspaper by Noon.
