MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 25, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the ZSth day of August, <br />1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll cali: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Jamie Green <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RES07, IITION NO. 99-8-211- APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THEAUGUST l1, 1999 RECULAR COUNCIL MEETINGAS <br />SU73MITTED <br />The fore~;oing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey, Scaize. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VARIANCE - Mayor Fahey opened the continued Public Hearing to consider <br />72 JESSICA the request for a Variance to allow the construction of an ei~ht <br />COURT - and one-half foot high privacy fence at the rear yard of 72 <br />REEVES Jessica Court adjacent to County Road C. Fahey noted that the Planning <br />Commission has recommended approval ofthe Variance. The City <br />Administrator reported that the adjacent property owner, Mr. Lesnick at 78 <br />Jessica Court, has decided not to proceed with a variance request at this <br />time. <br />
