The development takes advantage of the <br />existing slopes. <br />Morelar. asked if the developer considered staggering the buildings from <br />an elevation standpoint. <br />Plowe replied that that would require a considerab(e amount of fill <br />material and would increase the height of the retaining wall at the back of <br />the property. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL PLAT - The City Administrator reported that the Planning Commission met this <br />R. J. MARCO evening and reviewed the R. J. Marco Business Center final plat. They <br />BUSINESS recommended approval subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />CENTER of the City Planner and City Engineer. <br />There w,as no one present wishing to comment on the final plat. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTION NO. 99-8-216 -APPROVING THE R. .I.
