MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 8, 1999 <br />MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a re~ular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />September, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Jamie Green <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs . Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTION NO. 99-9-236 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE AUGUST 25, 1999 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE AUGUST 25, 1999 RECUI.AR COUNCIL MEETINGAS <br />SDBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValie, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VACATION OF Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the vacation of a <br />DRAINAGE & drainage and utility easement that is part ofLot 1, Block i, Little Canada <br />UTILITY Mall Addition as requested by R. J. Marco Construction to facilitate <br />EASEMENT - development of a building on this property. There was no one present <br />R. J. MARCO from the general public wishing to comment on this matter <br />BUSINESS <br />CENTER Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />
