MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 22, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of <br />September, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COIINCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Jamie Green <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 99-9-248 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMI3ER 8, 1999 WORKSHOP COUNCII. MEETING AND <br />THE SEPTEMBER 8, 1999 RECULAR COUNCI7 MEETINGAS <br />SU73MITTED <br />The fore~oing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application for <br />OUTDOOR Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage of equipment as an <br />STORAGE - accessory use at 221-223-225 Ryan Drive as requested by Robert Wall. <br />221-223-225 The Plannin~ Commission recommended approval of the CUP subject to <br />RYAN DRIVE - compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator as <br />ROBERT WALL outlined in her report dated August 26, 1999. <br />
