MINUT~S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 13,1999 <br />PIONEER PARK The City Administrator reported that there is money budgeted for lighting <br />FIELD the fields at Pioneer Park. The Park & Recreation Commission is <br />LIGHTING requesting that plans and specs be prepared for that project and that the <br />City advertise for bids. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-IO-I86 - AUTHORIZING THE <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />PIONEER PARK FIELD LIGHTING PROJECT AS WELL AS THE <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED The City Attorney requested a closed session to discuss the Guerin <br />SESSION - property litigation. <br />GU~RIN <br />PROP~RTY Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-IO-187 - CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION <br />TO DISCUSS THE GUERIN LITIGATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council went into closed session at 8:47 p.m. The regular City <br />Council meeting was reconvened at 8:58 p.m. following the closed <br />session. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Fahey inu•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-20-189 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
