MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOB~R 13,1999 <br />Countryside Terrace Office Park. The property will be platted once all the <br />sites are assembled. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-IO-184 - APPROVING THE DEEDS AS <br />PRESENTED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR RELATING TO THE <br />COUNTRYSIDE TERRACE OFFICE PARKAND AUTHORIZING <br />THE EXECUTION OF DEEDS BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />10% The Council reviewed the information relative to the 10% Committee <br />COMMITTEE and how that Committee is comprised. It was suggested that the <br />representation from the Community Pride Committee be eliminated given <br />that this committee has not met for some time. Fahey suggested that <br />reappointment be offered to the citizens-at-large who have served in the <br />past. It was noted that recommendations will be coming from the Parks <br />& Recreation Commission and the Planning Commission for <br />representatives from these groups. <br />LaValle suggested that representatives of the business community be <br />added to the Committee to replace the representative from the Community <br />Pride Committee. Fahey suggested that the Debt Levy Reduction <br />Committee representatives be solicited to determine if they are interested <br />in serving. Fahey suggested that once a list is compiled of those <br />interested in serving, he would review it and make a recommendation to <br />the Council for appointments at the next meeting. <br />FILL PERMIT - Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />3032 LABOR~ <br />ROAD - RESOLUTION NO. 99-IO-185 - APPROVING THE FILL PERMIT <br />JOHNSON TOR 3032 LABORE ROAD, AS REQUESTED BY PATRICK <br />JOHNSON, SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
