MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA OCTOBER 27, 1999 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 27`~' day of October, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meetin~ to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll ca1L CITY COiJNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko Deputy Clerk Mrs . Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI UTION NO. 99-10-196 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE OCT073ER 13, 1999 REGUI.AR MEETINC, THE OCT073ER 13, 1999 CI OSED MEETINC, AND THE OCT013ER 2Q 1999 SPECIAL MEETING AS SUI3MITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP & Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearin~; to consider the application VARIANCE - submitted by Russ Fischer for Conditional Use Permit for open and 208 RYAN DR. - outdoor storage of materials and equipment as an accessory use as well RUSS FISCHER as a Variance on the boulevard landscaping requirement from five feet to zero feet at 208 Ryan Drive. Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the CUP and the Variance. The Zoning Administrator has recommended approval of the CUP and denial of the Variance.
