A WARRANTY <br />nEED CAN 13E DELI vERED ON THE POND PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (2) Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (3) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan. Resolution denied. <br />Reiling asked if the pond property was key to the Goodyear project. The <br />City Administrator replied that it was his understanding that the pond <br />property was important given the size building that is being proposed. <br />Fahey encoura~ed the City Administrator to work with the parties <br />involved to try to come to an equitable resolution of this problem. <br />The City Administrator pointed out the need to revise the Development <br />A~;reement to address the soils correction issue as well as the potential sale <br />of a portion of the pond property to Frank Frattalone. <br />Scalze stated that she would like to see on a map the portion of land <br />proposed to be sold to Frattalone. The City Administrator again noted that <br />the pond property extends to Park Street and that that portion is not needed <br />for the Goodyear project. The Administrator su~gested that this piece <br />would allow Mr. Frattalone to extend the parking lot for his building on <br />Park Street. The Administrator indicated that he will bring back a diagram <br />showing the Council the portion of the pond property proposed to be sold <br />to Frattalone.
