Resolution declared adopted. <br />10% <br />COMMITTEE Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTIONNO. 99-10- 221-APPOINTING THE 10% <br />COMMITTEE AS RECOMMENDED 73Y THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR WITH APPOINTMENT OF JIMLAYALLE AND <br />13013 PEDERSENAS THE COUNCIL'S REPRESENTATIVES ON <br />THAT COMMITTEE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SCULLY Mr. John Scully, LaBore Road, appeared before the Council expressing <br />PROPERTY concern that run-off is being diverted from surrounding propeities onto his <br />lot and that his property is becoming a ponding area. Scully described <br />recent development that occuired in the City of Maplewood over the last <br />several years and the affect of that development on his property. Scully <br />reported that he has tried to work with Maplewood to resolve this <br />problem, but has not been successful. Scully requested assistance from <br />the City. <br />The City Councii agreed to assist Mr. Scully in his dealings with the City <br />of Map(ewood, and instructed the City Administrator to proceed <br />accordin~ly. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTIONNO. 99-20-222 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
