UTION NO. 99-IO-I98 - T,9I3LING ACTION ON THE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OPEN AND OUTDOOR <br />STORAGE AT 208 RYAN DRIVE PENDING A REVlSED SITE PLAN <br />FOR THE PROPERTY WHICH CONFORMS WLTH THE CITY'S <br />PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Fahey noted that Kevin Vollmer has requested that action on his <br />OPEN & application for Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage of <br />OUTDOOR materials and equipment as an accessory use at 182 Ryan Lane be tabled <br />STORAGE - at this time. <br />182 RYAN <br />LAND - Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />KEVIN VOLLMER <br /> RESOI UTION NO. 99-I O-199 - CONTINUING THE PU737.IC <br /> HEARING ON THE CONI)ITIONAI. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for <br />GARAGE Conditional Use Permit allowing garage space up to 1,472 square feet <br />SPACE - as requested by Mark Graczyk for 30 West Demont Avenue. Fahey <br />30 WEST noted that the Planning Commission and the City Planner have <br />DEMONT recommended approval. <br />AVENUE - <br />1VIARK There was no one from the public present wishing to comment on this <br />GRACZYK matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Scalze asked about the six lots that comprise 30 West Demont Avenue. <br />The City Planner noted that these lots are combined for tax purposes. The <br />Planner indicated that his concern is that the lots are separated by an <br />alleyway. His recommendation is that this alleyway be vacated so that a <br />
