The Planner noted that typically large <br />accessory buildings are approved for lar~e lots. Vacating the alleyway <br />would eliminate the possible claim that 30 West Demont, in fact, two <br />properties. <br />Scalze asked about Day Avenue that is shown on the County's section <br />map. Graczyk indicated that Day Avenue has been vacated. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an application for a Variance <br />from the rear yard setback requirement of twenty (20) feet allowing a five <br />(5) foot rear yard setback for 209 Ryan Drive as requested by Roger <br />Stanke. Fahey noted that the Planning Commission and the City Planner <br />have recommended approval ofthe Variance. <br />There was no one present from the public wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
