MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 27,1999 <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION - <br />2817 <br />EDGERTON - <br />DON RADA <br />AGREEMENT ADDRESS THE FACT THAT STORM SEWER IS A <br />PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT TO 13E MAINTAINED AND OPERATED <br />13Y THE PROPERTY OWNER AS WEI.I. AS REQUIRING THE <br />DEDICATION OFA FOUR FOOT UTILITYEASEMENT ON THE <br />FRONT OF THE LOTS A.S INDICATED I3Y MR. FICEK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the property <br />division for 2817 Edgerton Street as requested by Mr. Don Rada. The <br />Planning Commission and the City Planner have recommended approval <br />of the division. <br />There was no one present from the public wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Fahey, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE,SOI UTION NO. 99-IO-203 - APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DI vISION FOR 2817 EDGERTON STREET Ab' REQUE.STED 13Y <br />MR DON RADA SUI3JECT TO COMPI,IANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PI.ANNINC COMMISSION AND <br />THE CITYPI.ANNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ZONING CODE Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an amendment to the Zoning <br />AMENDMENT Code relative to the total number of signs allowed on a commercial <br />RELATING TO property. Fahey noted that the amendment would allow one wall sign <br />SIGNAGE per sri•eet fi•ontage as well as one fi•ee-standing sign. The Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the Zonin~ Code amendment. <br />There was no one from the ~eneral public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />
