MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA NOVEMBER 22, 1999 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 22"d day of November, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COCTNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman Public Works Dir. Mr. Gre~ Schroeder Parks & Rec Dir. Mr. Jim Morelan Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko Cable TV Producer Mr. Jamie Green Deputy Clerk Mrs . Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI. UTION NO. 99-11-237 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMI3ER 10, 1999 WORKSHOP COUNClI. MEETING AND THE NOVEM73ER 10, 1999 REGUI.AR COUNCIL MEETINC AS SUI3MITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP - Fahey opened public hearin~ to consider the application for Conditional 182 RYAN Use Permit for open and outdoor stora~e of materials and equipment as LANE - an accessory use at 182 Ryan Lane as requested by Kevin Volimer. The VOLLMER Mayor noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval subject to compliance with the recommendations of the Zonin~ Administrator.
