MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 22, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 22"d day of <br />November, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COCTNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Gre~ Schroeder <br />Parks & Rec Dir. Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Jamie Green <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs . Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 99-11-237 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMI3ER 10, 1999 WORKSHOP COUNClI. MEETING AND <br />THE NOVEM73ER 10, 1999 REGUI.AR COUNCIL MEETINC AS <br />SUI3MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - Fahey opened public hearin~ to consider the application for Conditional <br />182 RYAN Use Permit for open and outdoor stora~e of materials and equipment as <br />LANE - an accessory use at 182 Ryan Lane as requested by Kevin Volimer. The <br />VOLLMER Mayor noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval <br /> subject to compliance with the recommendations of the Zonin~ <br /> Administrator. <br />
