MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 22, 1999 <br />Vollmer indicated that he was agreeable to the recommendations made by <br />the Zoning Administrator. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan pointed out that there are some unlicensed vehicles as well as <br />boats and trailers on the property. Vollmer indicated that most belong to a <br />tenant that will be vacatin~ the property. The remainin~; boats and trailers <br />will be removed from the site. <br />Morelan noted that the existing fence has some missing boards and also <br />pointed out that given the construction of the fence, it is possible to see <br />through it if looked at from an angle. <br />The Zoning Administrator indicated that the Zoning Ordinance requires <br />full screening of outdoor storage. Therefore, the fence will need to be <br />modified. <br />Scalze asked about access to the parking area via Spruce Street. Vollmer <br />indicated that he will blacktop the access areas, but indicated that the <br />blacktop could not be installed until spring. <br />The Zoning Administrator pointed out that the City has granted other <br />property owners until June 30, 2000 to complete compliance issues. <br />Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI, UTION NO. 99-11-238 - APPROVINC THE CONllITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR OPEN AND OUTDOOR STORAGE OF <br />MATERIALS AND E~UIPMENT AS AN ACCESSORY U.SE FOR 182 <br />RYAN LANE AS REQUESTED I3Y MR.
