MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 99 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 9th day of July, 2025, in the Council Clambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Gutierrez, and Miller. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator/Community <br />Relations Manager Laura Linehan, Public Works Director Bill Dircks, Community Development <br />Director Ben Harrington, City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller, City Attorney Amanda Johnson, and <br />Fire Chief Don Smiley. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The City Administrator reminded residents of the upcoming Music in the Park on July 16th at <br />Thunderbay/Westwinds Park. The fall park and recreation catalog was released on July 1' for <br />registration, and information is available on the City's website. <br />Mayor Fischer welcomed the new City Administrator to the team and back to Little Canada. <br />The City Administrator introduced himself, noting that he had previously worked for the City for 17 <br />years and his family still lives in Little Canada. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-7-101— APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 23, 2025 <br />WORKSHOP, THE JUKE 23, 2025 REGULAR AND DUNE 27, 2025 SPECIAL <br />MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2025-7-102 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA, WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING.- <br />9 Approval of the Vouchers <br />
