MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 99 2025 <br />Miller agreed that it would be helpful to review the information at the City level, as there are a lot of <br />new faces for the Council and staff. <br />Mayor Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2025-7-107 —ADOPTING THE 2025 RAMSEY COUNTY, MN <br />MULTI -JURISDICTION HAZARD MITIGA TION PLAN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Kwapick commented that he will be touring the St. Paul Regional Water Service facility on Friday. <br />Miller stated that he attended the most recent meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission, where <br />Youth Commissioner Churcher was recognized for her service to the Commission. <br />Malone stated that she recently attended the League of Minnesota Cities annual conference in Duluth <br />and provided an update on that experience. <br />Mayor Fischer commented that he also attended the conference with the full Council and the Assistant <br />City Administrator, providing an update on that experience.
