CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE <br />ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFERS <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 471.38, Subd. 3, requires the adoption of certain <br />policies and procedures pertaining to the electronic funds transfer of public funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the statute also requires the delegation of authority to make electronic funds <br />transfers by a local government each year. <br />WHERAS, Chris Heineman is no longer employed by the City of Little Canada and will <br />immediately be removed from having authority to make electronic funds transfers. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />that the following individual is hereby designated to make electronic funds transfers beginning <br />on June 30, 2025: <br />ď‚·Bryce Shearen, City Administrator <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of June, 2025. <br />___________________________ <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />___________________________________ <br />Laura Linehan, Acting City Administrator <br />Attest: <br />___________________________________ <br />Heidi Heller, City Clerk
