CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 919 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 703, INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR TO ALLOW THREE ON-SALE RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSES <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance amends City Code Section 703.110, Intoxicating Liquor, to allow a third <br />on-sale restaurant liquor license. The full text of Ordinance 919 is available for <br />inspection at Little Canada City Hall during regular business hours or online in the June <br />23, 2025 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
