<br /> 703-2 <br />(4) Full-Service Commercial Kitchen. A restaurant shall have a full-service commercial <br />kitchen equipped with adequate personnel, equipment, and food to prepare meals. Full menu <br />food service shall be required during all business hours where intoxicating liquors are sold, <br />served, or consumed. <br /> <br />(5) An on-sale 2 a.m. intoxicating liquor license cannot be held in conjunction with <br />an on-sale restaurant intoxicating liquor license. <br /> <br />703.035. MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR “ON-SALE RESTAURANT-EVENT CENTER” <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE. The following requirements must be satisfied prior to <br />the issuance of an “On-Sale Event Center” intoxicating liquor license. <br /> <br /> (1) Building Area. An event center building shall have a minimum of 10,000 square <br />feet. <br /> <br /> (2) Full-Service Commercial Kitchen. An event center shall have a full-service <br />commercial kitchen equipped with adequate personnel, equipment, and food to prepare meals. <br />Food service shall be required at all events where intoxicating liquors are sold, served, or <br />consumed. <br /> <br /> (3) Security. The event center shall provide adequate security for the Event. The <br />City reserves the right to require enhanced security if any of the conditions in Section <br />703.035(6)(a)-(c) arise. <br /> <br /> (4) Events. For purposes of this ordinance, an “Event” shall be no more than eight <br />(8) hours and shall not be open to the public. There shall be no more than one hundred four <br />(104) Events in each calendar year. Events held on the same day by different customers shall be <br />considered to be separate Events for purposes of calculating the maximum number of annual <br />Events. The sale, service, or consumption of intoxicating liquor shall only be permitted during <br />an Event provided Paragraph (2) of this section is met. <br /> <br /> (5) The event center shall not advertise the sale of intoxicating liquors anywhere on <br />the premises, either inside or outside. <br /> <br /> (6) Adverse action can be taken against the event center license for any violations of <br />state or local law that stem from an Event. Adverse action may be taken against a <br /> licensed establishment acting as a liquor caterer who provides or serves alcohol at an <br />establishment that is in violation of this chapter. <br /> <br /> (7) An on-sale 2 a.m. intoxicating liquor license cannot be held in conjunction with <br />an on-sale restaurant-event center intoxicating liquor license. <br /> <br />703.040. WRITTEN APPLICATION. <br /> <br />(1) Every application for a license to sell intoxicating liquor shall be made to the City
