Dahlstrom <br /> replied that he had a 12 foot by 12 foot shed which he plans to retain. The <br /> City Planner indicated that one garden shed is allowed and is not <br /> considered as part of the 1,500 square feet garage allowance. Barraclough <br /> recommended that the shed be indicated on the site plan so that setbacks <br /> can be verified. <br /> Duray asked if the proposed garage meets setback requirements. 'The <br /> Planner replied that it did. <br /> Mr. Ahlberg, 2209 McMenemy Road, reported that he was in support of <br /> the Dahlstrom request. <br /> Barraclough recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit <br /> allowing two garages (one attached and one detached) totaling 1,500 <br /> square feet far• Mr. Duane Dahlstrom, 2221 McMenemy Road, subject to <br /> compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in <br /> his report dated August 6, 2009 and subject to Mr. Dahlstrom modifying <br /> the site plan to show the shed location. <br /> Motion seconded by Fischer. <br /> Motion carried 5 - 0. <br /> CUP FOR Mark Gilbertson, Valvoline, appeared before the Commission requesting <br /> SIGN approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Comprehensive Sign Plan <br /> PLAN - for Valvoline located at 2698 Rice Street. Gilbertson indicated that in <br /> 2698 RICE reviewing the Planner's report he noted the Planner was using a building <br /> STKEET - width of 38 feet, when the building is 40 feet wide. Based on the change <br /> VALVOLINE in this dimension, the Valvoline would be allowed 90 square feet of <br /> signage per City Code.
