As such, the proposed ordinance language should read as <br /> follows: <br /> 905.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. Por existing lots of record, nnv lots <br /> resulting from subdivisions classified as "simple subdivisions", and property preliminary <br /> platted into buildable lots prior to March 1, 2008, the following minimum requirements shall be <br /> observed in an "R-1"District subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications <br /> set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> The addition of this text clarifies that these lots are allowed to utilize the previous lot size <br /> requirements of 10,000 square feet, 75 feet lot width, and 7.5 feet side setbacks, <br /> whereas new plats (after March 1, 2008), would need to be designed to meet 11,000 <br /> square feet, 85 feet lot width, and 10 feet side yard setbacks. <br /> As a part of this discussion, staff wants to confirm with the City Council its intention in <br /> relation to subdivisions that are eligible to proceed as "simple subdivisions", that is, <br /> <br />
