1001.060. EXCEPTIONS. LVhen requesting a subdivision, if the following condition or <br /> conditions exist, the City Administrator shall deem the request to be a "simple subdivision" and <br /> <br /> exempt the subdivider from certain procedural provisions as directed in this section. <br /> A. In the case of a request to divide a lot where the division is to permit the adding of a <br /> parcel of land to an abutting lot or to create two lots and the newly created property line <br /> will not cause the other remaining portion of the lot, or any structures within the <br /> subdivision, to be in violation with this Ordinance or the Zoning Ordinance, then the City <br /> Administrator shall place the request on the agenda of the Plamiing Commission for <br /> recommendation to the City Council, subject to the City's scheduling requirements. Said <br /> subdivision maybe exempted from other procedural or data requirements as deemed <br /> appropriate by the City Administrator. <br /> Summary and Recommendation <br /> Planning staff recommends approval of the amendments to help clarify the intent of the <br /> existing ordinance language. <br /> pc: Kathy Glanzer <br /> Steve Westerhaus <br /> Lee Elfering <br /> <br />
