Resolution declared adopted. <br /> It was aaoted that at the May 23, 2007 aneeting, the City Council approved <br /> a'T'ext Amendment relative to permitted uses in the B-W District iu <br /> response to I-lom's proposal for use of this property. Given the reconing <br /> of the property to PUD District, it was the consensus of the Council to <br /> rescind the'rext Amendment action. <br /> Ms. Allan introduced tlae following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
