MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 239 2025 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Miller provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Community Building Technical Advisory <br />Committee (TAC). He also commented on a recent tour of the water treatment center. <br />Mayor Fischer commented that he found it interesting that the new treatment plant is being built on the <br />same site as the existing treatment plant and provided details on the transition process from the old <br />facility to the new facility. <br />Gutierrez provided additional comments on the Community Building TAC meeting. <br />Kwapick reminded residents of the food drive that will be held during the upcoming Ice Cream Social <br />at Pioneer Park. He stated that they will also be collecting donations for the Food Shelf during the <br />parade. <br />Mayor Fischer provided an update on the most recent meetings of the Regional Council of Mayors, the <br />meeting of local Mayors and City Administrators, the Fire Relief Association, and Metro Cities. <br />F-11 11 ire] 11-l"k, <br />There being no further business, upon motion by Mayor Fischer, seconded by Gutierrez, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 9:39 p.m. <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />
