If primary vehicle access is provided from the rear, driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the <br />rear property line. Any driveway accessing the front yard shall comply with the front yard setback applicable <br />to the principal structure. <br />2. Shared driveways may have zero (0) foot setback from the side property line subject to the conditions <br />outlined in Section 915.060. <br />3. Driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the corner side property line when providing primary <br />vehicle access from the corner side yard. Driveway access from both the front and corner side yards may be <br />permitted with zero (0) foot setbacks, subject to approval by the City Engineer and Zoning Administrator <br />based on site-specific factors such as lot configuration, circulation, and pedestrian safety.
