<br />1. If primary vehicle access is provided from the rear, driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the rear property <br />line. Any driveway accessing the front yard shall comply with the front yard setback applicable to the principal <br />structure. <br />2. Shared driveways may have zero (0) foot setback from the side property line subject to the conditions outlined in <br />Section 915.060. <br />3. Driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the corner side property line when providing primary vehicle access <br />from the corner side yard. Driveway access from both the front and corner side yards may be permitted with zero (0) <br />foot setbacks, subject to approval by the City Engineer and Zoning Administrator based on site-specific factors such as <br />lot configuration, circulation, and pedestrian safety. In all cases, driveways must be designed to minimize conflicts with <br />pedestrian areas and comply with visibility and drainage standards. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Chapter 904, Section 904.060 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended <br />to repealed in its entirety: <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Chapter 904, Section 904.060 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is adopted to <br />read as follows: <br />904.060 R-C, Residential-Commercial District <br />A. Purpose <br />The major purpose of the Residential-Commercial District is to provide for a transition in land use from <br />residential to low-intensity business and allow intermixing of such land uses, including in the same <br />building. <br />B. Permitted Principal Uses <br />1. Refer to Table 904-1. <br />2. Some Permitted Uses have requirements that are presented in Chapter 914, Specific <br />Development Requirements. Refer also to Chapter 915, General Development <br />Requirements. <br />C. Conditional Principal Uses <br />1. Refer to Table 904-1. <br />2. Refer to Chapter 914 for specific requirements that must be met for approval of some <br />Conditional Uses. Refer also to Chapter 915, General Development Requirements. <br />3. In the R-C zoning district, there shall be no more than one 2- or 3-family dwelling per land <br />parcel, not counting accessory dwelling units. <br />D. Accessory Uses <br />1.
