Driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the corner side property line when providing primary vehicle access <br />from the corner side yard. Driveway access from both the front and corner side yards may be permitted with zero (0) <br />foot setbacks, subject to approval by the City Engineer and Zoning Administrator based on site-specific factors such as <br />lot configuration, circulation, and pedestrian safety.
