If primary vehicle access is provided from the rear, driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the rear property <br />line. Any driveway accessing the front yard shall comply with the front yard setback applicable to the principal <br />structure. <br />2. Shared driveways may have zero (0) foot setback from the side property line subject to the conditions outlined in <br />Section 915.060. <br />3. Driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the corner side property line when providing primary vehicle access <br />from the corner side yard. Driveway access from both the front and corner side yards may be permitted with zero (0) <br />foot setbacks, subject to approval by the City Engineer and Zoning Administrator based on site-specific factors such as <br />lot configuration, circulation, and pedestrian safety. In all cases, driveways must be designed to minimize conflicts with <br />pedestrian areas and comply with visibility and drainage standards. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 10.
