Promotions Strategy <br />The promotions strategy for “Bailey Hall: is as follows: <br /> <br />Corporate Trade Shows <br />• Team of event planners will also attend local trade shows that promote venue options and <br />industry events to keep up with up to date trends. <br /> <br />Publications <br />• “Bailey Hall” will invest in large advertisements in Google ads that are geared towards weddings <br />or corporate industry news. The advertisements will have professional photography that <br />showcases the beautiful venue and the photos will be geared towards whichever publication it <br />will go into. Contact information will be included in the advertisements. <br /> <br />Social Media <br />• “Bailey Hall” will also create a Facebook and Instagram business account. They will include <br />numerous postings of beautiful photographs of events held at the venue. They’ll also ask the <br />client to post photos of their event and tag “Bailey Hall.” This will increase visibility and <br />followers of the accounts. <br /> <br />Pricing <br />• The pricing of “Bailey Hall” will be moderate and on par with competitors, so customers feel <br />they receive value when booking their event. <br /> <br /> <br />Bailey Hall Financial Plan <br />Key Revenue & Costs <br />The revenue drivers for “Bailey Hall” will be the venue services offered. The revenue will come renting <br />the space itself and rental of the furniture (tables, chairs, linens). On site catering and alcohol sales will <br />generate most of the revenue. <br />The cost drivers will be the overhead necessary in order to operate an Event Venue.
