MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the l Oth day of September 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Gutierrez, and Miller. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator/Community <br />Relations Manager Laura Linehan, Public Works Director Bill Dircks, City Engineer Eric Seaburg, <br />City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller and Finance Director Sam Magureanu. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-9-133 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 27, <br />2025, WORKSHOP, THE A UGUST 271 2025, WORKSHOP, AND THE A UGU,ST 27, 2025, <br />REGULAR MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />PROCLAMATION FOR HUNGER ACTION MONTH <br />Mayor Fischer read the proclamation for Hunger Action Month. <br />I" : ism <br />The Assistant City Administrator stated that the Football for All event will take place on September <br />21st and provided details. The Ramsey Washington Metro Watershed District will host an open house <br />on September 18th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. to celebrate its 50th anniversary. She also noted the upcoming <br />farmers' market events. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Gutierrez introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-9-134 — APPRO VING THE CONSENT A GENDA WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING.- <br />9 Approval of the Vouchers <br />
