and 3) at least $1,000,000.00 in annual aggregate coverage. The applicant's <br /> insurance must remain in force continuously for as long as the applicant <br /> holds a city inspection license. The City of Little Canada must be included <br /> as an additional named insured on the insurance required hereunder at the <br /> expense of the applicant. <br /> <br /> 3200.220 APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION. Rental Housing Inspector <br /> <br /> licenses shall be approved or denied by the City Administrator. The City Administrator <br /> shall deny a license if any portion of the application is incomplete, in the opinion of the <br /> Administrator. The City Administrator may deny a license to an applicant who: <br /> a. Has been convicted of any crime related to housing inspection; <br /> b. Has falsified any information or omitted material information in the license <br /> application form; <br /> c. Has had a license application denied of a license revoked or suspended in <br /> another jurisdiction within the last ten years. <br /> 3200.230 SUSPENSION, REVOCATION OR NON-RENEWAL. Following approval <br /> of a license under this Chapter, any of the following occurrences may result in the <br /> suspension, revocation or non-renewal of a rental housing inspection license by the City: <br /> a. Conviction of any crime related to a license inspection or the occupation of <br /> housing inspection; <br /> b. Discovery of falsification or omission of information, or other items which <br /> would have allowed the City Administrator to deny the license application if <br /> larown at the time of application; <br /> c. Substantiated complaints from residents of properties using the inspector's <br /> services; <br /> d. Demonstrated incompetence or inefficiency in conducting inspections; <br /> e. Lapse in required insurance or inability to provide satisfactory proof of <br /> insurance upon request; <br /> £ Allowing the license issued to the inspector to be used by another person; <br /> g. Suspension or revocation of a similar license by another jurisdiction; <br /> h. Suspension or revocation of any other license issued to the inspector by the <br /> City of Little Canada; <br /> i. Failure to follow the Code of Ethics adopted by the City of Little Canada as <br /> part of the Rental Housing Evaluator Guidelines; <br /> j. Violation of any part of this Chapter or of any portion of the Rental Housing <br /> Evaluator Guidelines setting forth duties and responsibilities of the <br /> inspector. <br /> Any proposed suspension, revocation or non-renewal of a license shall be processed in <br /> accordance with Chapter 800 of the City Code. License holders shall comply with terms <br /> and conditions applicable to all license holders as stated within Chapter 800. <br /> <br />
